I used to think Sasuke was Kage level until when I saw Sasuke vs bee. Realised he was just a child. If it was Edo Hirzuen who didn't have stamina problems, I would've said Hiruzen for sure.

Sasuke wasn't at full capacity, it was canonically stated he was also injured and it hindered his performance. Sasuke also just lost his best ability at the time, and awakened eyes he has never used or had experience with. Not only that, but despite his disadvantageous situation, he was still capable of reacting to Bee's speed twice, once when he charged and got hit by Genjutsu, and when Bee tried to hit him in midair. This was without CM, which canonically increases speed, durability and strength as well as allowing him the ability to glide/somewhat fly.
Hebi Sasuke already defeated a Kage level opponent, who also had plenty help from Obito.

Hebi Sasuke gets rofl stomped by bee. Doesn't matter than sasuke wasn't at full capacity, it was still 4 vs 1 and was no match. Tobi's wasn't trying to hurt Sasuke, if anything he was just observing his ability. Deidara ain't Kage level, only reason he beat Gaara was because Gaara had to protect the village simultaneously. He's S rank at best, itachi one shorted him neg diff (that's Kage level), and of Kakashi had better aim he would've done the same.even Sasori said Deidara is the type to die young. Being Kage level isn't just strength, it's mind as well, and Deidara's personality is brash and arrogant - easy way to get killed.

You're going to need proof hes a lot faster than Hiruzen. His fight with his best feats are with Deidara and that doesn't prove he's faster than Hiruzen.
Tobi planted the mines as well as warned Deidara of Sasuke's attempt to behead him. Itachi one shotted him because he's one of the most powerful genjutsu users to date, and anyone bar Jinchuriki and a few select shinobi can hope to overcome his prowess. Deidara is Kage level, despite his mindset. He was far above many people, though his personality was definitely what you state it to be, many shinobi including Madara himseld have let their arrogance and superiority complex get the best of them.
I also never stated Hebi Sasuke would beat Bee, I just pointed out he wasn't in the best shape and he was basically Base Sasuke until he achieved usage of Amaterasu. Plenty of people, including yourself take that fight out of context.
PS: It is painfully obvious Obito was testing his ability, but in the process of doing this, he very well could have indirectly killed Sasuke.
