Sasuke beats Hashirama easily. His speed,chidori combined with his ability to switch objects will murder hashirama early on.

Like everyone else in this thread we only have portrayal to go by which indicates that Sasuke is on an entirely different tier, so he should win. Feat wise? Sasuke hasn't shown anything spectacular yet so let us stop trying to scrap up a worthy argument as to why he would win, saying that Sasuke wins via portrayal will suffice here.
