danzo has izanagi,but he can't use shisuis eye
karin isn't there also
danzo can use his Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique and sasuke doesn't know what it is

but if he wasn't the main character and danzo had his subrodinates then he will probably win also karin kinder played a major role in defeating danzo as she was able to help sasuke in beating danzo by using her sensory abilities

I don't actualy recall Sasuke sucking on Karin during the Danzo fight, still If Danzo doesn't have to worry about Madara (remember Danzo believes Tobi is Madara) he can go all out on Sasuke, Shisui's Eye + whatever techniques he was holding for Tobi. Best Sasuke could do would be to pull of the same card he did last time but then he would have got caught in Danzo's sealing technique. I'm not counting the other two anbu because they'd be dead by Susano'o Arrows in no time.

It was after the fight. If Karin hadn't healed Sasuke the wound Danzo gave him would have killed him.

Danzo would have bested Sasuke if it had been a simple one on one. Never mind having back up.
Sasuke is used to trying to kill in a oner. He's also too used to having people help/guide him/heal him. If he didn't have these people he'd have died ages ago.
it's kinda cool that he goes all in the way he does. But it tends to bite him in the a*s and result in him needing rescueing.

I know Danzo should be strong but in that battle he seemed that he was either overrated or he was holding back, so in a rematch that excludes shisui's eye, Sasuke will barely manage to win, but with shisui's eye, Danzo smacks Sasuke

I believe sasuke would still win. Becuase Fuu and Torune wouldn't be much of a match they could be beaten easily. And the reason Sasuke one was because of his intelligence. So Sasuke would just think of a different strategy and beat Danzo.
