Sasuke wins with mid-high difficulty. The Sasuke that fought Bee did not completely recover from his previous battle with Itachi nor could he use his MS to its fullest extent. He only used it for a useless MS genjutsu that he had no mastery over which caused him a lot of pain. He had no knowledge on Bee and his abilities as a perfect jinchuriki. Sasuke used amaterasu at the end of his fight when Killer Bee transformed into the Hachibi. Pretty sure now that Bee has knowledge he won't do this again.

As for people who say that Bee has got nothing on susanoo. Wrong he has samehada which IMO could absorb it. Still it would take time to absorb it and Sasuke can regenerate it. He will lose a lot of chakra in this battle though but I see him killing Bee with susanoo arrows and amaterasu/enton even if the chakra shroud and Bee's speed makes this somewhat difficult.

I would say Bee.
Amaterasu---Bee goes into Cloak mode, pretty sure that makes him fast enough to dodge it.
Tsukuyomi---It's weak.
Sharingan Genjutsu---Gyuki(8 Tails) can snap Bee out of it
Susanoo---TBB, Tailed Beast Shockwave, the tornado move.
