OT: Gaara and A mid/ high diff. Gaara alone has good chances, adding the Raikage is almost overkill.

EMS Sasuke Mid Difference. A is a non-commodity in the battle. He cannot do anything to Sasuke whilst he is inside his CS covered with enton. The second he draws near, he is easily taken out by enton Magatama bullets which are numerous in number and almost impossible to dodge. Sasuke's Sussano was quick enough to grab Kabuto's snakes in DSM, A's speed places in comparison. Sasuke can simply put A under genjutsu rather than using pure amatersu if he tries to dodge it. He is taken out fairly quickly.

Gaara is the only contender here. His sand Tsunami is tanked by CS. In war, Onoki lightened his sand to remove Madara out of Sussano. Here there is no Onoki to help him accomplish this. Sasuke can take out how bow and charge enton arrows and magatams and shower his sand with them. His arrows will go clean through, as they are covered with enton and will rise the temperature of the arrow and its penetrating ability to extreme levels.

His sand imperial funeral and hail etc are useless before CS covered with Kagatsuchi and his third eye will prove to be largely ineffective if he decides to close his eyes and defend himself largely because of his sands speed in comparison to the aforementioned abilities. Sasuke can also use Chidori spear to cleave through the sand water fall as well, though it will be unnecessary given Sasuke's CS. henceforth, Sasuke wins this mid-difference.

they both have ems and normal sharingan genjutsu i dont see why would you put sasuke's genjutsu under madara he has gotten danzo & deidara with genjutsu

Because Sasuke's genjutsu is sh it compared to Itachi's. He could only do a cheap trick on Danzo whereas Itachi could alter time and space in his Tsukuyomi.
