Without Naruto there is noone who can come close to Sasuke's powers.

I do think that Sasuke even without Bijuus and Mazo would still win. Edo Madara was pretty much stronge enough to wipe out whole 4th division and his fight with 5 Kages lasted only long because he was messing with them. Sasuke is someone multiple times more powerful than Edo Madara.

On the other hand, Sasuke can just combine Gedo Mazu, 9 Bijuus, become Juubi's jinchuuriki and put Infinitive Tsukuyomi, game over.

Wait,wtf are you talking about?!? RSM Naruto was able to match Sasuke even when he took chakra from all the bijuus to boost his final attack,imagine if he didnt try stealing their chakra.
