The case can be made, if EMS sasuke can't form a PS like Madara's the gokage have a shot of winning. If he can't form 25 shadow clones (which I know he can't) he's also not winning. Sand defense will go a long way against amaterasu.

The only reason the gokage struggled against madara up until PS was because 1)he was an edo with constantly replenishing chakra 2) he has hashirama's DNA to recover wounds and use mokuton 3) he has the rinnegan ie preta path

tl;dr without PS comparable to Madara's, EMS Sasuke loses to the gokage--their teamwork would be too much for him, cmon, stop d!ckriding EMS Sasuke
