sasuke had 2 tomoes left before he made his move.
Then he had to move twice.. once to stick his sword inside of madara and the other to teleport away from him.
On page #11 (

) you can see that he had no tomoes left and on page #12 (

You must be registered for see links

) one regenerated.

oh, well. he'd have to die then reappear somewhere. i doubt, sasuke killed himself then used izanagi to appear right next to madara.

you don't have to die or even take damage before you can use izanagi.
