It's generic genjutsu cast by eye contact, that Naruto has been familiar with since the beginning of part two, and Sasuke most likely not attempt to genjutsu a perfect jin to begin with anyway.

If his genjutsu requires no eye contact and cannot be broken due to being Rinnegan, Naruto is ****ed regardless.

And has found a counter.
