Sasuke used to be awsome

Reading chapters of the current fight reminds me of the first.. It just makes me remember how cool sasuke used to be, living the life of an avenger, awakening the sharingan, having the curse mark yet still being a good person. Its so nostalgic to think back on those times... The story had just opened up and we didnt know what to expect...
I hope this fight ends up even better than the first and also that Sasuke reflects on his past and once again becomes the good person he used to be... I know its cliche but i feel like its appropriate..

Hope I didn't boore you too much with this, just my thoughts on the latest chapters.. What are your thoughts on this topic, please share

I agree. I liked the old Sasuke. He was never my favorite, but I liked him better than Naruto at the time.(been a good long time since I've had the words like and Sasuke in the same sentence XD)

I liked Sasuke all the way up until he killed Danzo. then his motives turned sour for me.

The Sasuke we knew was all about revenge. Now he tries to archieve peace, so techincally he is a good person. You may argue if his methods are good, but he really has good intentions.

I feel like he has completely lost it. The beliefs he has now are that of a dictator. Controlling the world according to his liking takes away freedom. A world of fake peace and no freedom is far worse than the world as we know it. Good people and good deeds make it better, and no good act is in vain. Wanting peace is one thing, but doing immoral things to achieve it is just contradicting your beliefs.

I completly agree with you on that part. He definately lost it. That's what I have been saying multiple times today. The way he is obsessed with the idea of darkness and lonliness for all eternity cannot be healthy U_U
Though I like this version of Sasuke. In fact this my fav one.

I agree. He sort of ironed out getting EMS, but Rinnegan gave him more power which wasn't a good thing... I mean, it's clearly corrupting him. :|

That's how I felt about Naruto's Frog Sage Mode. I was hoping Kishi was gonig to build upon that ultimately getting to the Naruto we have now (Minus the godzilla avatars) I am fine with Sasuke having MS/EMS/Rinnegan. But hate the fact that he doesn't really fight anymore. This avatar BS is lame. I don't want to see a godzilla match. I want them to throw punches and kicks and swords and staffs at each other with their own arms and legs not some giant glowy mass of chakra.

Yeah, for me Sasuke is my favorite, but Hebi and Pt.1 Sasuke were badasses. Also Naruto, I used to like him so much in Pt.1 that he was in my top 5 fav. chars., but now. He sucks (opinion).

I liked the Sasuke that risked his life to save Naruto from Haku, the Sasuke that conquered his fear of death in his fight with Orochimaru in the forest of death and the Sasuke that spared his best friends life... I hope to see him again some day

it started to go downhill the moment he got a MS. Which is unfortunate, because that was my fav Sasuke. I was too much of a fan to see it then.
