tobi space time jutsu is not a natural sharingian tec as he needs the plant (half uchicha and half senju)guy cnt memba his name in order to use that justsu.

tobi warps to another dimension kakashi kumi sends wa eva he focuses on to another dimension it the same justsu apart from tobi is the most skilled with it due to the plant man.

if it was only kakashi justsu how does tobi kno what kakashi is plannin to do when they have meeet in the past and sed tht level justsu dont work on me ?
