Sasuke up to no good?

I'd like to talk about this, because up untill this moment Sasuke seems like he is going to do something big,
Kakashi stated that despite being Sasuke's teacher he was never able to understand him.

We all know he said he wanted to become Hokage.. but is this really true ?

- '' I'll become Hokage''
- '' I shall create a new system''
- '' I will delete the past''
- '' I need to show them what a real hokage is.''

And right know he don't want to answer the question..

Is Sasuke playing the ''the enemy of my enemy is my friend.''
And will clash with Naruto after the war is over ?

They will fight. It's been foreshadowed a lot of times. I'm curious to know what Sasuke's true intentions are as well.
