Evidence #1 - The eye design: When Sasuke first awakened his Mangekyou, it's design was of an atom like pattern. Now I think what this tells us is that the eye design itself symbolizes rebirth and creation as atoms serve as the basic unit of matter - meaning anything that occupies space is composed of this. In conclusion, Sasuke's eye at their full potential are capable of creating x objects.
Evidence #2 - The Tablet: When Madara first read the Tablet I think he came across a text in which it states that the Sage at some point before his death used a jutsu that resurrects him at some point in time as a child. Which explains why Madara stated that he may not be using his eye anymore IF something or someone ''awakens'' the Sage's creation eye.
Evidence #3 - Choku Tomoe: Literally translates to ''Straight'' Tomoe. IMO, what this means is that Sasuke is the only character that is capable of leading the people into a ''straight'' path - meaning, he is the one to save the people and rid them of their worries aka Madara and company.
I believe when Sasuke revives again, he'll achieve this eye I speak of and he will then remember his past life as the Sennin of the Paths and will then be given vast knowledge and understanding as well as countless jutsus after remembering his past life that will lead the people of the world into absolute peace.
