Sasuke Uchiha's Sharingan

I am sure this has been covered before because just about everything about the Sharingan has been talk about about but you never know unless you know. Seeing that Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan abilities were give to him by Itachi. I am wondering if Sasuke gained his Mangekyo Sharingan by the way other Uchiha's got their Mangekyo Sharingan. My question is If Sasuke got his Mangekyo Sharingan by killing his best friend whether it be naruto or not, would he have a different ability that would male his Mangekyo Sharingan different than everyone elses. Since his visual powers were given not earned. I know he is good at manipulating Amaterasu but maybe Itachi could as well but just didn't see it considering we only saw Itachi use Amaterasu once then died. Also Itachi may have sparingly experimenting with Amaterasu so he wouldn't loose his eye sight. It was kinda surprising how fast Sasuke lost his eye sight after fighting Itachi so Amaterasu may put more strain the any other jutsus. So to restate my question. Is it possible that Sasuke may have gotten a different tech then what he was given if he obtained his Mangekyo Sharingan by killing his best friend?

After battle with itachi he just used his MS all time. Thats just to much. Itachi all his life tryed to avoid use these eyes, first time when he was using it when fought sasuke i mean overused them. Sasuke from the beggining dont pay any atention to that so he lost his eye sight per couple months when itachi saved his eyes all life just for fight with sasuke.
