Nagato then uses Asura to propel over to Sasuke and his Susano'o absorb it and pull out his soul..thats really how it goes down .

Shrina Tensei that destroyed Konoha is enough to beat Sasuke. To counter Sasuke's taijutsu, Nagato can use the Asura path. Amaterasu or Enton is propelled off with ST, Animal path counters Aoda. But I am un informed on Sasuke and Nagato so...

Because its easily broken out of? .... Nagato was still able to talk and communicate during Frog song so that means the chakra connecting pain and him was still stable a.k.a strong resistance to genjutsu, so puny genjutsu's that attempt to paralyze the mind is just not working here.. ...

Sasuke tries to approach Nagato with taijutsu, gets reeled in with Bansho Tennin and Human Path kills him. If he's able to activate Susanoo (unlikely), Preta Path renders his attempts futile. If he had a clone (I know he wouldn't, but just in case), Asura Path would deal with that accordingly.

That would be assuming Sasuke could deduce the weakness of Chibaku Tensei, seeing as it took Itachi and Naruto to come up with an effective counter, unless of course you believe Sasuke has better analytic skills than Itachi and Naruto [who had full knowledge of Nagato's abilties]... in which case you're hopeless.
