Sasuke has been said by Tobi/Madara to be getting stronger than Nagato and Tobi/Madara himself so I go for Sasuke. Anyways not enough info on Tobi/Madara.

Madara is dead until proven otherwise and if he was going up against Sasuke than I would say Madara. So I would change my choice to Madara because you never said Madara is tobi which is confusing in a case.

I doubt if sasuke could even beat all of Madara's Six Paths...
Each of them posseses rinnegan AND 3T Shariningan.
And Madara posseses Rinnegan + Eternal Mangyeko Sharingan...

He wouldn't have given Sasuke the EMS if he wasn't sure he could still keep Sasuke in check. That alone is enough to say Madara is stronger than he is

Natsuu?! Before this, he was in the akatsuki disguised, he wasn't supposed to get all the tailed beasts. And even if he was to, why would sasuke win?
