Yea but the op limits rinnegan abilities on top of ameno which leaves sasuke a slightly better version of his war arc self. Even then your right, not only has kakashi already had experience with most of the rinnegans abilities, the basic ones are essentially useless, ct and st get phased through, and theoretically bt would suck the (kamui)portal toward sasuke as well which isn’t good either. Preta could be useful tho
