Sasuke Uchiha | The Fitting Hokage!

There's been a lot of fuzz about what Sasuke said in chapter 631, and I know that there are a lot of people who doesn't like the fact that Sasuke possibly will become the 7th Hokage of Konoha.. So I would like to take this thread and share my views with you and why I mean Sasuke Uchiha is a more fitting Hokage than Naruto Uzuamki! If you plan on replying, try to make the rage meter to a minimum!

The Story about Hatred
We all know that the reason the current war is going on is because of Uchiha Madara. ( Yes I know Obito Uchiha did more than Madara did, but Madara was the reason Obito is doing it. ) Anyways, we also know why Madara left the village and what the original plans of Hashirama Senju was. Hashirama wanted to make Madara the first Hokage, but Tobirama and the village was against that, after that Madara tried to speak with his clan and was turned away from them. Madara was left alone and felt betrayed and felt angry because the Uchiha made his brothers deaths pointless.

This was the start of Madara's quest to make a better world were his brothers didn't die for nothing and a world were no one had to suffer. So you can basically say that this was the start of the 4th Great Ninja War that the manga is currently in. We all know that Kishi loves to copy/paste his story over and over, (Sannin/Team 7 for example) but we also know that the series has to have an ending. If Kishi is to copy the reason the war started then he would just write the same story over again. So from a story wise angle, its more fitting that Sasuke because the Hokage to avoid the story from repeating itself.

Goal of Brothers
Sasuke & Naruto now share the same goal, to become Hokage. Only they have different reasons to want that goal and only one of them has a goal that actually makes sense to me. Many will say that Naruto fits more to be Hokage since Minato ( his father ) was the 4th Hokage and that Naruto's dream since he's been little is to become Hokage. BUT his dream from being young was not the become Hokage, no it was something else...

As you can see, Naruto had 2 goals as a kid.
1. Surpass all the Hokage
2. Make the village acknowledged him.

Naruto has already reached at least 1 of these, the entire, no the entire Shinobi world acknowledge him now and he is getting even closer to surpassing all of the Hokage. His entire reason for wanting to become Hokage was to surpass them and make the entire village acknowledge him and stop disrespecting him, he has no reason to wanting to become Hokage anymore.

Sasuke on the other hand wants to become Hokage so he can correct the mistakes the previous Hokage's did, he want to create the ideal village and place for people. The ideal Madara and Hashirama once shared, that is Sasuke's goal, to fulfill Madara and Hashirama's dream.

That is why I think Sasuke is a more fitting Hokage, if you still mean Naruto fits more then please post why!

Agreed, Sasuke is really just trying to stop anything like the slaughter of the Uchiha from happening again and succeed in doing what Itachi wanted for Sasuke, to be strong and happy. Sasuke's reasoning makes more sense then Naruto's which is essentially "I want to be super strong!!!"

Why? What makes Naruto a more fitting Hokage? Give me a reason to believe that.. At least I came with a few points as to why Sasuke is more fitting... Also, I didn't quote on what would happen to Naruto... He might die in battle, he might become the leader of the Alliance or he might become something else.... Just not Hokage.

Let me guess.. You have no reason as to why Naruto shall become Hokage? I will still answer though..

Correcting Mistakes
Sasuke fights in the war, side by side.. He will be the key to defeat the Juubi and Madara along with Naruto.

Curse of Hatred
The curse of hatred started with the 2 sons of the Sage. The older son "lost" to the younger son when he decided which son that should carry on his legacy. Madara lost the Hokage title to Hashirama, which is why Madara fell under the Hatred. The curse of hatred exists for that reason.

Since the pain arc, Naruto had another objective and that was to bring peace to the world. Naruto has already seen how messed up the world of Shinobi was since Zabuza and Haku, while Sasuke only had his own objectives in mind.

Through out the series, Naruto has learn more and more about the worlds problems and is desperately trying to improve the whole shinobi world, not just Konoha. Sasuke only noticed how messed up Konoha was, recently. All this time he was only interested in his own goals, he doesn't even know about half the problems in the world.

Naruto knows about Konoha's dark secrets too and he wants to change the shinobi system as a whole. So don't act like Sasuke has a better reason to become Hokage...

Yeah and in the manga, Sasuke is a wanted criminal.

The village will never make him Hokage.

Naruto is better suited because he actually understands the position, he wants to protect his friends. Naruto is doing it for the village.

Sasuke only wants it for his brothers sake.

Naruto is actually worthy of the position unlike Sasuke.

Naruto's goal is to bring peace to the world and to protect his friends, Naruto has good reasons to be Hokage, and they aren't born from some selfish desires like Sasuke's reasons are.

Sasuke lacks leadership qaulities. Konoha will fall apart if he becomes the leader. Look at what happened to Taka

Naruto handled his darkness and sadness like a MAN. He already saved Konoha and now he saved the Alliance against the Juubi. Naruto is the only one that deserves it to be Hokage. Sasuke may be his butler.

Personally I want a hokage that won't change his motivations and goals overnight.

I'd also like a leader that gives a f*ck about me. Sasuke showing up telling all that could hear that he did not care what they thought showed me he would be an incompetent leader.

I'd also want the elected official (if I was a ninja in this fictional story) to want to be hokage for more than a day before I give him my support lmao.

His reasoning is flawed, his methods are unclear, and his thought process leaves much to be desired. Sasuke would be a horrendous hokage.

edit: I'd also want the hokage to have a clean rap-sheet. But that's just me XD

You forgot to add something. Naruto wants to protect his comrades, village, bring peace to this world and has inherited the Will of Fire. Sasuke only wants to take the title because of his brother and only thinks about his clan's Curse of Hatred, which is a very important subject too, I don't deny it!
Why wouldn't they both work together on that? Sasuke can be, for example, Naruto's adviser and right hand. Then Naruto can help Sasuke and find a solution so that Sasuke's dream can come true.
Reason: Naruto's views are wider than Sasuke's, but not completely full, so I think they both should work on solving these problems, but with Naruto as Hokage.
