Attacking the Gokage summit, killing Danzo, invading Kumo + attacking Bee with the intent to kidnap + being a member of the Akatsuki, attempt of the Gokage's lives after Kaguya was sealed, attempting to kill Naruto (the hero of the Leaf and War). Yeah, Sasuke is a criminal. Remember, becoming a Missing-Nin (just leaving your village) is an act punishable by death in the NV. Throw everything else on top of it, Sasuke was in deep.

Sasuke never hurt anyone apart from team 7 though, Danzo killed his family whilst also plotting against all the villages so killing him was actually justified and Killer B was never captutred. Sasuke never did anything worthy of being punished since he played a part in getting rid of Konoha's most wanted

1. Sasuke abandoned the village, but this is inevitable anyways.
2. He joined Orochimaru. Alright I'll give you this one.
3. Attacked the Gokage summit, although I believe he was attacked first and not only that, the Gokage tried to kill him. If he managed to kill all Five of them it would have simply been self-defense.
4. Attacked Killer Bee. It was wrong, but the Hidden Cloud is hypocritical for complaining after trying to kidnap a little girl so they could have the Byakugan for themselves.
5. Trying to kill Sakura and Kakashi. If I remember correctly, these two tried to kill him first, self-defense yet again.
6. Attempting to kill the Five Kage? I don't remember him trying to do that, but he did admit to the fact that he wanted to do that.
7. Killing Danzo. If anything we should be thanking Sasuke you ingrates, if it hadn't been him, someone else would have done in Danzo.

Lol thank you. I love how Sasuke fans and supporters seem to think he is just innocent of everything else he did. Killing isn't the only thing that is considered a crime in both the real world and the NV.
It doesn't matter if Danzo was evil or not. Attack world leaders is a grave offense. Declaring that your going to kill said leaders to make the world a bitter place is pretty much a declaration of war in itself.
Just because he believed what he was doing was right doesn't excuse his crimes. Broken system or not it was still a system that had rules that Sasuke walked all over. He isnt a world leader. He wasn't chosen by the people to be their savior.
Just because you can understand or relate to why he did what he did doesn't mean he wasn't a criminal. Just deal guys. He did some bad s**t but got of easy because the war hero Naruto and his old teacher turned Hokage pulled some strings and got him out.

He barely did anything wrong besides trying to kill Karin, and capturing Killer Bee.
If I remember correctly, Danzo wanted Sasuke dead. Sasuke got to him first. Danzo ordered a genocide, his death was sealed and warranted. In the real world, killing a world-leader that caused a genocide that was provable wouldn't be much of a crime.
If Naruto had his way, Danzo would have gotten off scot-free for crimes that makes Sasuke look like a toddler.
The system was crap anyways, it had and has no morality, so I don't see why on one hand we extol a 13 year old for butchering his own family for a village, but get angry at another 13 year old for abandoning his friends to avenge his butchered family. There is clearly no sense of morality in the shinobi world, so to demand that someone pays for their crimes by sitting in jail would be hypocritical if you aren't willing to condemn the immorality and invalidity of the system.
Who cares if Sasuke wasn't chosen by the people, the people believed in utter nonsense and he had something new. The people can be wrong sometimes.

Yeah but he did all that for his own good not for konoha and shinobi world.
-He killed oro to steal his power
-he killed danzu for revenge
-he killed diedara for information
-he helped itachi defeating kabuto just because he wanted to stay with his brother who was revived from death
-his contribution to kaguya defeat was also for his revolution
I amnot blaming sasuke. The guy's whole family and clan got massacred . I would probably do the same if i were in his shoes :lol. His actions did more good than evil to be honest even though that wasnt his actual intention.
