Ok, here goes another attempt of mine for realistic sharingan eyes.

Well you could try and look for blook brushes and play with them around.
Regarding the sharingan, it's pretty good.

That's was my intention.
My biggest challenge still remains the Byakugan, though. xd
I mean, with the eyes I am ok, but can't figure it out with the veins, yet...

Well, you can try several Photoshop tutorials.
It's all about the blending, to be honest.
And the right brush/render/shape.
