this he hit Itachi with ninja tools and my definition of ninja tools is weapon that is not used for hand to hand combat so things like: Kunai(throwing), Shuriken, Wire Strings, etc. and his Manipulation of these ninja tools was great enough to hit Itachi Uchiha who was a master of ninja tools himself

Wrong, first of all no hand the hand weapons like swords so....

-Hashirama is out
-Tobirama is out
-Hiruzen is out nothing he's shown compares to Sasuke's feats
-Killer Bee uses Raiton Pencil but tha'ts about it
-Tenten is fodder compared to Sasuke he could solo her with just ninja tools
