No he doesnt. Hokage does not mean "Person who is really strong and who saved the day". it means "Person who is really strong and everyone likes".

Plus, Sasuke doesnt wan't to be hokage, at least in the same way as naruto. he wants to secretly protect the shinobi world from the shadows, which is hard to do with your face carved onto a mountain.

1. I'm talking about at the end of the series. His "revolution". I still consider that an attempt to kill them because if Naruto hadn't intervened then he surely would have succeeded.

2. Still enslaving them against their will for the wrong reasons IMO. If he was right in that decision then he wouldn't have admitted to Naruto that his ideals were messed up.

How about sand paper room? So basically we put into him into a room with slow moving sand-paper at the bottom. There is no way out. He has to walk forward to keep from getting send to the corner and scraped. Eventually after days of walking, he will get tired and won’t be able to anymore and he has to lie down. In a week he will be scraped.
