Death. Naruto hasn't learned what most Shonen characters are forced to learn. The death of another for the sake of the greater good. I think Sasuke dying will be great conflict and huge character progression for Naruto. He did good in the war, but his crimes and new direction negates all that.

As awesome as sasuke is, it's only fitting for him to die. An either Havong the same response as madara on his death bed (which would be kinda lame) or he will release IT and a whole bunch of flashbacks will happen of him thinking about his mistakes, protecting naruto, teaming with naruto and team 7,and some words from itachi and his clan ^.^

Killing Sasuke wouldn't solve anything.. So redemption is the only option.. Sasuke isn't Madara or Obito, he doesn't deserve death.. All he did was make threats and didn't follow up on anything but killing Danzou which was good for konoha as well.

Actually killing the last uchiha makes sense considering all the bs stunts the uchiha tried to pull since the dawn of time. Only problem would be indra continuing but the byakugan is fodder so it's good.

That might be true but this issue goes beyond the feud Indra had with his brother. With Sasuke being redeemed others could witness the change that is possible and they could realize that death is not the only option to break a cycle. Sasuke could have the opportunity to mend his ways and reconstruct his broken life by helping others.

The thing is that Sasuke can't rebuilt his life after what he has done. He's partly the reason why Neji, Ino's father, and Shikamaru's father are dead. He needs to be punished and Naruto TNJing Sasuke wouldn't make sense since Itachi couldn't. Plus, you can't really stop hatred.

Sasuke was skeptical of Itachi's intention until his death. When he retuned as an edo tensei, Sasuke's perspective of his brother finally changed from the senseless murder to the person that had taken what was viewed as the necessary decision to protect his home. He didn't have much time to talk with his brother about his wrong ways. Itachi entrusted that task to Naruto. Hatred may not be eliminated completely, but it can surely be diminished little by little. We can look at the drastic change in opinion Sasuke had of Itachi to support this.
