They could be stored specifically with Itachi's susanoo, which we know isn't transferable. If they were, Sasuke should be able to use Itachi's susanoo too instead of retaining his own one. So technically, susanoo isn't stored in the eyes, but the user, so it's very plausible that the weapons aren't either, which would explain why Sasuke hasn't used it.

But like I said, I would prefer if he did have them and I do think it's a possibility at the very least

i think the susanoo is connected to the users feelings/spirit and what form it takes is directly connected to the users reasons for living.
Itachi -protect his village and his brother yata protects and the Totsuka blade seals away all which threatens them

You're both right but I mentioned that since there are only one set of the spiritual weapons. No way Sasuke could have the weapons while Itachi has them being revived with all his original weapons of Susano'o. He can't inherit Itachi's weapons when he was revived as an Edo with all his abilities, that should show that Sasuke didn't get his weapons when it is shown that Itachi still has them but there is only one of the weapons.
