why Tobi gave sasuke itachi's eyes ?
If sasuke becomes stronger than him? or if he is sure that this is not going to happen , why Tobi even help sasuke?

I mean, why he wants naruto and sasuke fight so badly?I don't thing is just to continue uchiha-senju war,..
