Just attacking the Kage summit is a huge crime in it's self, Doesn't really matter how much damage he caused.

Let alone Working for the akatsuki and attempting to kidnap a jinchuuriki in the name of the akatsuki.

None of the Kages Trust him, They never will.

If the leaf takes him back and the Kages want his head and the leaf refuses, thats a possible war on their hands, all over someone like sasuke.

He's done more good than bad, tbh.

He help Bee get away from the village.
Took out Orochimaru
Took out Deidara
Took out Itachi
Took out Danzo... He was snake anyway.
Helping to stop the Edo Tensei.


I can understand if they overlook what he did, but I still don't see him going back to the village. I believe he's gonna continue life with Taka.

If Naruto told konoha the truth about the uchiha massacure that would justt make it worse. I think at the end of the series Sasuke will either die or leave the ninja world and nobody will know where he is.
