Same reason Madara was revived he still had Ashura and Indra chakra. the chakra never go away that's why when Hashirama touched Madara the sage came out because Indra ashura and supposedly Kurama.

What? The created Hagoromo chakra is in the Rinnegan, it manifested itself in there. It's not going to leave the Rinnegan like someone's body as the Rinnegan never deteriorated, or decomposed like a dead body.

fail thread. let me clear you up, after hashirama died the chakra of ashura waited until he found another vessel and that is naruto. so, all the experiments of senju dna are done after hashirama died. so he doesnt have ashura's chakra anymore. if you have hashirama's dna that doesnt mean everyone can awake a pair of rinnegans. if you have hashirama's dna, they can use wood style and have good regenerative abilities not awaken the rinnegan. the reason madara got his rinnegan is because he implanted the flesh of hashirama when both of the transmigrants were alive and thus both ashura and indra's chakra got mixed and the sages chakra got into play. that is how he awakened his rinnegan. its already stated right..? why are you asking this again.? now in sasuke's case, he may have hashirama's dna but that doesnt mean he will awaken rinnegan. for him to awaken the rinnegan he need to do the exact same thing that madara did. that is implant naruto's flesh/dna in him while the transmigrants are still alive. and for some who are saying that sasuke's rinnegan is the source of mixing both uchiha and senju, my friend you are WRONG. he awakened his rinnegan after he got his power up from so6p not by having hashi's dna. and there you have it.
