Kishi can introduce power ups. Remember when Naruto got BM Sasuke was left in the dust, but then, Kishi made it so that the Rinnegan is accessible to the Uchiha and balanced the playing field.

I guess yeah, but what else could naruto possibly get to level out the playing field if sasuke were to get what your theory is about.

If you activate Rinnegan naturally, it's perfect, because its EMS+Rinnegan.

You don't need to switch back and forth. Madara has his Rinnegan on show whilst using his Susano'o. Cant be bothered to find the manga page, but it's pretty obvious

Yeah I know he can use Susano'o but he had to switch to EMS to use Genjutsu which is the point I'm trying to make. Rinnegan is terrible for Genjutsu.

to me i think that sasuke will eventually get his rinnengan maybe before the war comes to an end. According to the research i did in naruto wikipedia and some cross checking of the manga.i noticed something. the stages of the sharingan is simply in four stages that is after the sharingan has acquired its full form. these are the actually stages
1. sharingan
2. Mangekyo sharingan
3.Eternal Mangekyo sharingan
4.Rinnegan

and since sasuke is a direct descendant of the elder son of the sage of six paths who had the rinnengan.i can strongly say he is bound to unlock it anytime soon. Also madara in his talk with the five kages at their summit he said the uchihas had a tablet written by the sage of the six paths himself which can only be read if you have the sharingan, and it became more clearer if you had mangekyo sharingan and rinnengan. In other words by all means sasuke will unlock the rinnengan because that is the final stage of his sharingan.

actually to make this very clear. currently the power level of sasuke and naruto is equal and even right now. both of them are extremely powerful and i do not think that if they are to actually fight either one of them will give his rival a chance to win. sasuke has got a susano'o with a shield and an amaterasu sword plus amaterasu fireballs to make him deadly to engage in a close and a long range combat and he has got unlimited chakra. Plus when he unlocks the rinnengan it will be a an ulitimate power boost. for naruto he has just got kurama the nine tails only good at making the deadliest bijuu bomb and also his rasen shurikien. This fight can end with both of them killing themselves. For now lets just say that they are now equal in power levels. sounds sensible enough

I didn't say that this eye requires the Juubi to be sealed within yourself.
