Even though Sasuke is a villain and the idea of him being a Hokage is ridiculous after his crimes, we know Sasuke is a pretty smart guy and he is up to something.

I think that Sasuke will be Hokage and then Naruto will pet talk hime into giving him the spot, or he will die and Naruto will become Hokage.
