Casting Tsukuyomi on the feudal lord ? How should this be of use for him and how do you imagine this ?? I doubt his Sharingan is strong enough to manipulate him like Danzo did with Shisui´s Sharingan on Mifune.
But on the other hand, Naruto absolutely wants to become Hokage and if we compare them, Sasuke has about no chance becoming Hokage ...

He could Tsuko them until they prepared to appoint him as Hokage as in my theory. This might happened who knows if the one that he met later will urge him to become a hokage? He is well known in swaying all his emotions based on any weighted probability.

this was way back than. Kishi didnt plan for all this to happen, he planned to end naruto in the first part but than though it was a good idea for him to make a part 2 of Naruto.Anyway Sasuke never showed any passion for a girl.. so how can he remake the uchia clan xD

lol, he's a guy, sooner or later he will have that desire. IDK if he went the opposite way but anyway my theory is still intact. Maybe Hokage position will serve him a lot of better judgment and to remake this Naruto's plot even more dramatic.

Sasuke will probbably become the leader of the konaha police force and Naruto becomes the hokage.

No, but he said he wants to kill Itachi for killing his Clan then he found out it was the Leaf who were behind the attack.....if Sasuke had known the Leaf were behind the attack then his goal would be to destroy Konoha from the start of the Series, but you can't expect for Sasuke to know what will happen in the future.
