Jugo: Sage Mode, Extremely Powerful, Can Heal Sasuke with his Cells

Karin: Uzumaki, Healing, Loves Him Too Much To Desert Him

Clearly Sasuke knew who to pick to be on his team.

I agree with both of these. Sasuke is adept at viewing talent and using it to compliment himself, but never once did I ever feel that he actually cared about any of them beyond their usefulness.

As seen when he stabbed Karin to kill Danzo.

I actually have a theory on this. Of all the subordinates that Oro had, Sasuke just happened to pick those involved with Kabuto's experiment? I believe Oro intended to enhance Sasuke's body once he took it with their cells. Oro had a habit of putting stuff down on scrolls, so he probably had them on some kind of record. Sasuke said he was researching everything he could know so he would be able to take down Oro, and I think he found these records of them and that's how he chose them to make his team.

I agree that Sasuke did a good job forming Taka. They were specifically created to hunt down the Akatsuki and they did it well enough to find two members.

The best at forming a team though? I'd prob give it to Obito/Pain for forming Akatsuki or Kabuto (since he can summon any team he wants).
