Sasuke's new ability is basically FTG except a little different. And LOL it is nothing like Substitution as the confused ones may think which is why I am making this.
I will explain FULLY what his ability is... and it's similarity to FTG and is Superiority to FTG.
Teleporting People and Objects:
FTG: As BM Minato and BM Naruto displayed during their fight with Obito Uchiha by sharing/linking with people(s) through Chakra they can use FTG to teleport them also.
Sasuke's Technique: Sasuke is the same except he doesn't have to link chakra or come into any contact with what he desires to teleport. As long as the person is within an unspecified(but pretty Large) Range they are subject to this jutsu.
So Basically if you get near Sasuke he can control your position and teleport you anywhere he wants at any given moment.
Sasuke used this technique to teleport Naruto twice.
Sasuke and Naruto ready their attacks.
Sasuke then teleports him and Naruto to Madara. Madara with the Juubi, God Tree, Rinnegan, and Hashirama's Sage Mode wasn't enough to even attempt evasion as you could see they landed a direct hit forcing him to swap with Limbo.
After Sasuke's Amaterasu and Naruto's Reverse Harem Jutsu they were both in Mid Air a distance from Kaguya. Sasuke CAN NOT Fly without Susano'o and he didn't fly on a disc so clearly Sasuke teleported him and Naruto to KAguya in an attempt to seal her.
Switching Places with Objects/People
Mutually Instantaneous Revolving Technique: Minato by placing a seal on Obito was able to switch places with Obito at any time. With that he had both Naruto and Sasuke hit him with their Combination Inferno Style Rasenshuriken(Don't like actual name) and switched places with Obito so they struck Obito instead of Minato.
Sasuke Technique: Sasuke's is similar except his is Radius limited instead of Placing a Seal. Meaning If you are in an unspecified range(Which is pretty large) then he can switch places with you or any inanimate Object like his Sword or Sakura's Jacket.
He has also used this twice.
Here Madara dashes at Sasuke in offense.
Sasuke instantly switches places with his sword the moment before impact giving Madara no time to react. Madara then runs into a sword instead of Sasuke. Thanks to his healing Power he survived.
The second time is in the latest manga which may be spoiler to some so I didn't show the scan.
Teleporting in General.
Flying Thunder God Technique: This is a technique as we know that allows the user to teleport to the location of their marked kunai or object.
Sasuke Technique: Unlike FTG Sasuke can teleport ANYWHERE within a Large Range which means he is not limited to a few spots or a single spot like FTG. This is great because with FTG your opponent will know your teleportation spots by locating your seals which will make teleportatioin a little risky as the Raikage displayed. Although Minato outsmarted him.

Sasuke used this technique to evade madara lightning attack. Madara couldn't keep up with his speed and concluded that Sasuke didn't "Simply Move".
Their has been some speculation about it's limitations.... some say he can use Rinnegan techs depending on how many tomeoes he has... and that after each tech his tomoe begins regeneration. This sounds pretty logical but is unconfirmed.
