Sasuke was a tactical genius even in part 1 nothing has changed really now im sure he could take pretty much anyone now he has ems also him and naruto are quite possibily the two most powerful shinobi alive at the moment but madara is no fool he must have some sort of plan of course if he doesnt obtain the nine tails he still has a lot of tailed beasts im sure there power will be used and to devestating effect

there was a technique the inos dad used on one of the ninjas during the orichimarus attempt to take over konoha, where he had the ninja controlled and had them attack their teammate. forgot the episode though. sorry
