Chakra goes, but long term enhancements are what separates base from anything beyond that. Short term enhancements...well, that depends, but it doesn't apply to this case, so its irrelevant.

That doesn't change it. As a long term enhancement, it goes beyond base. And it does make a world of a difference, you can just look at two CQC fights against Naruto and attest to that.

Wouldn't make a difference Sasuke still a better fighter and ninja tools make him more deadly at CQC. So even if we strip them of all chakra and enhacements. Leave them with their brains, Sasuke still win cause he's more skilled.
