It looks like it could be a nice tag, but add some color and remove the text(the text used just kills the tag) there also appears to be no light source. Yet one side of his face and neck is pretty bright(this could be because you made it B/W) good job though but yeah I would like to see it with some color.

Text sucks (but that's nothing new, a large amount of us suck at it) and the brush you used around Sasuke doesnt blends well with the rest of the picture.

I don't think it necessarily needs borders, but a simple one wouldn't hurt.
