I really dont think this is sasuke perfect susanoo. If you recall, there was a stage in between madaras normal and pefect susanoo, kind of like an incubation almost, then madara called out his perfect susanoo. It would make more sense if sasuke had to do that as well or this susanoo could be that middle stage as well

I understand that and I love the addition of the wings as well but madaras change was far more dramatic than this. His susanoo looked completely and totally different whereas sasukes current susanoo looks the same but with wings and black. I feel like kishis holding something back

Madara's goal wasn't to fight them head on. He just wanted to distract them so he could gain time to activate infinite tsukuyomi. He pulled of 6 chibaku tensei' effortlessly. Each one far bigger than Nagato's and the one that Nagato did nearly killed him
