He still used the bijuu chakra to pull off that feat. Sasuke can't do the same thing without the massive amount of chakra he took from the bijuu or do you think Sasuke can match that amount of chakra with his own power. It's evident that he used an amount of chakra that exceeded his own levels because his susanoo form looked small compared to the lightning form that he made with the bijuu chakra
