Yes I agree, I think after Madara is defeated Naruto will take the remaining portions of all 9 bijuu, and his combined bijuu form will enlarge/become stronger. Then, I think Sasuke will take Madara's rinnegan, or even just have his susano'o evolve to the final form due to experience/mastery of his 9-tomoe rinnegan.
