Why don't we compare them with anything but their oqn power then?

Naruto has sage mode, all rasengan variants and a huge pool of chakra, also infinite sage jutsu is possible since there would be no kurama to interfere.

Sasuke has:Mangekyou Sharingan + Fire Jutsu + Chidori variants.

Doesn't look too good for Sasuke right?
