Maybe. Sasuke's shown that he can warp beings into his attacks, so warping Kaguya as he attempts to strike her with PS is something absolutely doable. He probably didn't attempt to do so because she can absorb chakra.

Her chakra absorbing ability is probably on par with the Rinnegan's (if they aren't already the same thing). I doubt she could absorb something as fast as a slash from Susano'o if it took her time to absorb Amaterasu.
