yes itachi wins itachi has the strongest susanoo till now shown with totsuka as offence and yata mirror as defence so yes.

im not a sasuke fanboy but what people dont realize is that both the totsuka sword and the amaterasu sword are both one shot kills. so saying the totsuka sword is better because its a legendary item makes no sense. the only thing itachis susano has going for it is a superior sheild. but sasukes susano is long range and more versatile. so itachis susano would be overwhelmed.

we can only speculate because we havent seen Sasukes susanoo with ems. We only look at the awesomeness of what we have seen from itachi and completely discard the ability that Sasuke might inherit from the ems. But if we are talking the best susanoo then you must be talking about madara because his was badass looking and it had two bodies. Dont remember ......well here take a look

no thats not true you can escape from amaterasu like nagato did.
like blowing it away from yourself with somtin.
but once youre pierced with totsuka there is no hope for you.
AND i think yata mirror will stop amaterasu.

Could it be possible that after sasuke got itachis eye he got his yata mirror and totsuka sword too

True, there are some people that can stop amaterasu but those are few and far between. Sasuke's susanoo uses a amaterasu sword so it's not like its only the flames that touch you, its the entire sword that pierces you. Like I said though Itachi's susanoo does hold the edge due to the yata mirror.

They're Susanoo' are equal!
Itachi's Susanoo has Sword of Totsuka, Yata Mirror, Yasaka Magatama(Shuriken thing he threw at Chibaku Tensei core).
Sasukes Susanoo has strong Susanoo chakra sword, Bow and arrow(attack and defense), Amaterasu coated susanoo arrows, and in the anime when Sasuke was fighting Kakashi his susanoo had the Sword of Totsuka and Yata Mirror as well(maybe anime error).
