Don't know and no one could say for sure because that stage lacks feats

It has no feats, so no one can say yes or no, but it seems likely that it could. Madara used the same stage of Susano'o to block a Bijuudama, so Sasuke will be able to do the same, if not now, then eventually. Besides, even Suigetsu took one head on. Don't see why Susano'o of all things can't.
