When sasuke had his own original ms, then itachis was still the stronger of the two, because of the yata mirror and the sword of totsuka. but with sasukes ems, it definitely is sasukes. i mean really, flaming amaterasu arrows that blow up anything in black inextinguishable flames are kind of sick.

First off, we don't really know anything of Sasukes Sussano we have only seen it once, and we didn't really see it in legitimate battle.
Second, stop trolling with that trump card.

sasuke would win cuz first off itachi would run out of light be4 sasuke does...an sasuke has ems there mabey more to his susanoo then we have seen

Even with the Yata Mirror and Sword of Totsuka you have to keep in mind Itachi's Susanno wasn't complete. Sasuke's taken Susanno to a whole new level now that he has the EMS. I'd choose Sasuke's version above Itachi's

I'd say due to the tools in the possession of Itachi's Susanoo, despite the combination (to some extent) of both Itachi and Sasuke's eyes to give him EMS, Itachi's Susanoo still ranks higher. It provides a better defense and offense still.
On the other hand we haven't seen Sasuke's Susanoo's new abilities besides the one appearance (which I thought was a fail crowd pleaser by Kishi. Show the guy for one pannel with an un-impressive Sharingan and one ability...that's just my opinion on the thing) so we can't say for sure.
