Sasuke summoning Aoda was done for the fanboy image of the 3 deadlock summon

That was the only reason Kishi had it in there. In reality, Sasuke should have joined Naruto in the air by summoning the hawk and they could have sniped the juubi/juubi clones with their FRS/Enton arrows. But I guess that would have been too cheap and easy.

It doesn't matter. Sasuke with the Snake Summons was awesome...... Reminds me of the Hebi Sasuke days, when I use to pray Orochimaru would overpower and take Sasuke over.... Nostalgia.
