Hashirama only had Sage Mode and he managed to defeat Madara with EMS + Kurama. So Sage Mode aint no joke.
Hashi had a summon to keep up with Madara's Kurama/Susanoo, Naruto has his toads brah

It was like this:

Naruto = Kurama + Sage Mode
Hashirama = Sage Mode
Madara = Kurama + EMS
Sasuke = EMS

And Sasuke's EMS, chakra or techniques aint as strong as Madara's obviously, just as Naruto's Sage Mode, chakra and techniques aint as strong as Hashi's

And we haven't even seen Sasuke actually create a perfect Susanoo just like Madara's on his own, he only wrapped it around Kurama with Naruto. Wouldn't be as strong as Madara's anyway.

Sasuke didn't get stomped by madara. He held his own in that fire/steam better than naruto who was sent flying U_U

Also, sasuke has a bunch of other jutsu that aren't based on sharingan. Like naruto that has rasengan variations, sasuke has more chidori variations than naruto could develop with his rasengan U_U and summons. And the best speed, one of the best kenjutsu users on the battlefield..you underestimate sasuke.

EMS Sasuke is not stronger than fodder Naruto that has Sage mode… This is because from the history of Naruto Manga EMS Sharingan has never defeated sage mode of any form. Hashirama vs EMS Madara is an example… All Naruto needs to do is to increase his sage abilities.

I feel like Kishi will give him more jutsus and remember that he has the chakra of all the beasts (except for shukaku the Ichibi) in him which only the Juubi saw… Now Kurama has told Gaara to take some chakra from the Ichibi and put it into Naruto so that he can activate that power…. so I think he will meet the SO6P.

There's no way Sasuke can defeat Madara by himself… Madara even stated that Sasuke's eyes are good but it is nothing that he can't handle.

Just to support Sasuke a little bit; he might unlock rennigan too, cos he already has some part of uzumaki in him from drinking Karin's blood several times, or some part of zetsu that was fused in sasuke when zetsu was tagging along in him before orochimaru brought them out. So Uzumaki or Senju chakra might have entered him somehow…. If this is then the case, then it is plausible that Sasuke might unlock the rennigan before he's close to old age (may be Madara might beat him close to death)…

Also if you notice, Orochimaru said that Sasuke has not reached his potential and that he will surpass Madara eventually, and Kishi doesn't make main characters like Orochimaru just blab like that… Sasuke has unlocked all his sharingan and other abilities way earlier than Madara did in his life time. He unlocked Sharingan at an eariler age than madara, even MS and At 16 or 17 Sasuke already has EMS and a standing Susanoo, with Ameterasu and flame manipulation which is a high feat than what Madara was able to achieve at the same age.

ANyway regarding Naruto, Kishi will always find a way for him because he is the main character and can't just afford to slump. Kishi is using this to give time for others to shine and get us sucked in to some fan battle before he releases Naruto's next power up.
Also I feel like Kurama is the 10 tail's consciousness and brain which is why he know all the techniques and has seen them before, so he will always convince the rest of the bijuus when they are together to align with Naruto. Unless Madara uses sharingan to control Juubi, but I think Juubi is too strong for that sh*t
