Actually i'm very unbiased. Minato has incredible intelligence and was the Hokage of the hidden leaf village, while the Uchiha clan were around.
Raikage knew about the Uchiha, and i can assure you that it's completely wildly illogical to assume that he doesn't know about the Uchiha, giving that he never made eye contact with obito. He also assumed that Obito was Madara, meaning that he has knowledge of them.
Sasuke doesn't know anything about Minato, giving that he never came up much in the village when he was around. Sasuke is pretty much all of his fights as started with Taijutsu. Sasuke doesn't know anything about his summons, ma & pa, his FTG, his Body Flicker speed.

Raikage was able to doge Amterasu and he himself admitted Inferiority to Minato in term of speed.
Amaterasu also releases a chance of air pressure, and there is a massive give away... (CLOSE EYE, EYE STARS TO BLEED, CHANCE IN AIR PRESSURE, BLACK FLAME APPEARS).

Yeah exactly.... He really doesn't need knowledge, because he can essentially figure out it's weaknesses and advantages. Sasuke is out classes, people seriously underrated Minato.
Mintao has absolutely nothing on him to counter Sussano. What will he do with ftg anyway? Keep teleporting in and out of the battlefield? That will look cheery. And this scenario is only valid if the guy has Kunais left in his shack.
All of his thrown FTG Kunais will get burnt to a maroon paste with Magatamas. His Rasangan is useless before CS. Naruto’s Ultra BB-Rasangan couldn’t scratch bare-bones, but Mintao can tank a CS? His Summons will get taken out instantly with a simple Amatersu or even Magatama, and Sasuke can create Amaterasu wall of defense from those fallen projectiles as he did so in Kabuto fight.
Not only this, Mintao has never dodged an attack that looks like a barrage of bullets. This doesn’t even feel feasible. These entons won’t disappear into thin air, and these countless fallen entons are nothing but a death trap on the battle-field which Sasuke can use over and over again to create countless other projectiles. How will they counter all of this? Unless he can fly, any counter or made-up post for this is laughable.
His Sussano has three arms and as shown by his very first EMS feat, he can use both Enton Arrows and an Enton Flame – out of which Magatamas and arrows are formed – at the same time. How will Mintao dodge all of these? If he doesn’t look directly in his eyes to avoid Ems Genjutsu, he gets taken out instantly with Amaterasu.
Sasuke has shown incredible feats with Genjutsu when he put Bee – an individual moving at immense speed – Shee – A genjutsu specialist – and Deidara – an opponent at an incredible distance – under Genjutsu effortlessly. He fooled Deidara and Danzo – killing the latter – despite his Genjutsu being weak if compared to Itachi’s.
Any of his summons are tanked with Genjutsu or Magatama instantly. This will go against Minato if anything else as Summons require a large amount of Chakra and will only waste it, if he continues to summon toads on the battlefield.
His Food cart destroyer is effortlessly tanked by Susano’o’s erection speed that was as fast as Lightening strike. There is no way this freefalling Frog is faster than the speed of a lightening discharge.
His S/T barrier requires five hand-seals and is useless before Susano’o arrows that are so fast that Kakashi and Danzo didn’t have time to form a single hand-seal. In fact, this technique is far too sluggish to redirect any attack, especially from someone like Sasuke who has a plethora of High-speed attacks such a Amaterasu, Enton Arrows, Magamatas, and Genjutsu in his arsenal.
Sasuke rib-cage version was able to withstand Mei’s Lava attack and even acid mist and only melted once he tried to jump to a higher form and succumbed to MS’s natural strain. If Ribs version can withstand all this, Rasangan would be literally useless here. I can’t see any of his attacks penetrating CS encased with Kagatsuchi.
With all this heat, Sasuke will prepare Kirin in no time, and he is obliterated here. Sasuke takes this fight low-mid difference.
It is kinda hard to say how is stronger when we only seen Minato in 2 fights that took about half a chapter each. This argument should wait until we see the full power of EMS Sasuke and the full arsenal Minato has.

Lmao, he doesn't even need to keep it up, the lowest form of Susnaoo can be used in short bursts and it can be manipulated so he can use part of it at a time. Coupled with his chakra reserves and EMS keeping up a V1 Susanoo is no problem at all.
