Sasuke's strength compared to naruto is unknown and that is the truth. We have not exactly seen EMS Sasuke in action and im not talking about when Itachi was restricting him either. Unless we see a full blown fight from Sasuke it remains unknown.

Naruto would beat Sasuke with mid difficulty at most IMO. Still even if Naruto can dodge Sasuke's jutsus, it isn't like each and every clone he makes will be able to dodge in time so it isn't a total and utter stomp but Naruto is significantly stronger at this point.

I said without Rinnegan he would be equal with Naruto.
