We still haven't seen anything from sasuke but I still don't believe PS will be his ultimate jutsu. PS is something he could do with his ems but even when he had only ems,he still never unleashed its fullest potentials..I see sasuke performing even a jutsu greater than PS.PS will only complement it

No one in the current fight is at full power and the liklyness of him getting another rennigan is very low and he could probly upgrade the sharingan to ems but that would probaly drain the fk out of his chakra.
