Sasuke still< Madara

Sasuke now has EMS. He does not have the Rinnegan(as far as we know) nor does he have the experience that Madara has.

Who's the Boss atm?

I'd go with Madara. On top of that, we do not know Sasuke's fighting prowess just yet. He's stronger than before, but beyond that it's pure speculation

If I remember correctly, Madara is referred to as a God. Tsunade said that his name causes terror and that Madara himself is an ideal. Plus his eyes are +1 level over Sasuke.

Sasuke may have the EMS now, but he doesn't know how to use it fully yet. Sasuke has a long way to go to become like Madara, that is, given Kishi has him survive long enough to get there.

Anywho, I do not think a single living (or ressurected) shinobi can defeat current Madara. He is fighting all 5 kages now and I bet they are having a tough time.

Every post you have ever given has been 100% about Sasuke and the fact that you love him, you are a fanboy,same as Macho.
I understand that Sasuke is good, Hell he's even very good. But to actually think that the difference between the two is small or that Sasuke EMS is better when we have seen ONE-PAGE of it is a little silly. Don't you think?

Madara summoned two meteors and is fighting 5 Kage's. Sasuke beat a Zetsu clone and broke his way outta a cave.
I'm not gonna take anything away from Sasuke, but it is too early to think that the gap between them is almost closed.
