Sasuke still has Rinnegan

Naruto sure lost his RSM after the final battle, but I believe sasuke did not and could not lose the rinnegan for 1 simple reason. Sasuke awakened Rinnegan because he already had all that was needed to awaken it!

-recieved all of hashis Chakra (which speeds up the awakening process as it was proven when old madara linked himself to hashis chakra and soon he awoke the rinnegan"

-Hashiramas DNA was given to sasuke by Kabuto, which is vital to the awakening

-and most importantly he is indras reincarnation! another factor

he had all of these before rikudou giving him half his chakra. So sasuke wouldve awakened rinnegan anyway, the only difference is, recieving the sages chakra on top of all that doubled sasukes Yin Reserve which i believe led to the "tomoed" Rinnegan.

take that away, and sasuke still has the rinnegan (possible without tomoes) but eitherway pretty sure he still has them.
and i can tell you one thing

Rinnegan + EMS Beats TB anyday.
and i think he still has the ability to tame kurama

Everyone knows he still has the Rinnegan...and it was confirmed a while ago that Hashirama's DNA isn't what awakens the Rinnegan, it's Indra + Ashura chakra.

And Naruto didn't lose RSM. At least it wouldn't make sense if he did, so it's assumed he still has until proven otherwise.

Thats the difference between Naruto and Sasuke.
SAsuke just has the power.
And NAruto power is reluctant on others, which is why he become plot friends with everyone.
So when he ask for the power they'll likely say yes.

People for crying out loud, Naruto hasn't lost RSM at least not in the sense you're talking about it. In recent chapters he's shown to still have it as Naruto displayed RSM features such as no pigmentation around the eyes, and his face wasn't glowing with chakra which is another feature as all other BMs Naruto's face glows with chakra.

As for Sasuke, No he did not receive Hashirama's cells to awaken the rinnegan. To awaken the rinnegan you need Hagoromo's chakra which you either gain from Hagoromo himself or you combine Indra+Ashura's chakra. Sasuke got Hagoromo's chakra itself, the tomoe are due to Indra's influence. WHile Hagoromo gained a majority of the power from the rinne sharnningan (rinnegan) Ashura gained the recessive leftovers, namely the tomoe of the rinnegan. Due to both dominant (rinnegan) and recessive(sharnningan) together it made a singular version of the rinnegan which is akin to the rinnesharnningan. THough it's been stated on the wiki that the single variant is as strong as the dual variant this may not be entirely true as not all does the single variant have access to ALL rinnegan abilities already regardless, it retains all the sharnningans capabilities as well and most likely enhanced as sharnningan:genjutsu, became rinnegan:genjutsu and so on and so forth.
